It all started from a passion to a dream! For 12 years now, we wish to open our gym on our home island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Not just any gym but the best training facility the Virgin Islands has ever experienced. With over 30 years of experience combined, we are certain that with hard work and consistency, we will achieve our goal!

You guys should know if not already figured out. Our other passion is actually food! Lol. We love the fact that we can enjoy  food and use it to transform our bodies. You guessed it! We want to open our very own coffee shop/juice bar. We will be offering quality coffee, fresh juices, healthy shakes, and guilt free pastries!
